Ms. Lentina’s background is a unique blend of global engagement and study abroad, hospitality management, and student services and advising. Prior to joining the Department of Oceanography in 2018 as the Student Services Specialist for the Global Environmental Science Program, she worked at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Study Abroad Center where she helped develop the Faculty-Sponsored Study Tours. Lentina was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, and raised in Singapore, Singapore. She holds a BSc in Travel Industry Management and a MA in Second Language Studies. In her free time, Lentina enjoys bingeing Korean and Chinese drama series, reading Stephen King novels, learning a new art (at the moment it is the Korean language), and lifting weights with her teenage son.
